Transitions® focuses upon helping students to learn about themselves, to learn about career possibilities, and to make connections between the two. Transitions® is a vehicle for schools to meet or exceed the North Central Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement Standard to maximize the proportion of promoted or graduated students who are prepared to make successful school-to-school, school-to-work, or home-to-school transitions. Transitions® demands the commitment of schools to improve the performance of every student.
