Preparing for Your Quality Assurance Review (QAR)

Questions about preparing for your upcoming QAR visit? This half-day workshop will help schools receive guidance in preparing for their QAR visit, including the completion of the Standards Assessment Report (SAR). Sign up for either the morning or afternoon session.

This workshop is specifically targeted to NCA schools who are scheduled for a Quality Assurance Review for the 2007-08 school year.

Cost: $30 (this covers materials)

If you wish to register more than one person from the same school district, you will be able to add additional names at the end of this form.

SB-CEU Policy

Effective Jan. 1, 2004, a $5 processing fee will be assessed for all SB-CEU applications. Official transcripts will be provided upon request at no additional cost.

Refunds or credit vouchers will only be given if cancellations are received 7 business days in advance of the workshop date. You may send a substitute in your place. For cancellations received 3-6 prior to the workshop there is a $10 processing fee. Full workshop payment will be expected for any cancellations received less than 3 days in advance of the workshop due to costs incurred for materials and food (this also applies to no shows).

Payment or purchase order must be received within 30 days of registration.

Registrations received less than 48 hours in advance will not be guaranteed seating or materials.

In case of inclement weather, information about scheduled NCA workshops and possible cancellations will be posted at this website. In addition, the NCA State Office, (517) 492-1390, will have updated information about the workshop on the outgoing voicemail system.
